A Little Thing

[Aly]

Sitting there on the shore of the lake is where Aly was. Her icy blue eyes looked to the water as she wondered what this day was going to be like. She enjoyed the peaceful serene picture of the lake, but something was still missing. Oh yes a friend or someone to keep her company. She wasn't much for being alone, she usually liked to have another person with her. She hadn't any horses yet and she planned to get some soon, it was just the fact that she was still refreshing on her riding skills with Resa. Aly had feelings for Aemie and he didn't know it but Resa did and sometimes they would get in little quarrels about it. Aly smiled as she looked to the fish in the water and she saw them go after a penny. She knew life here was going to be pretty good.

Jack pushed back his hair, smiling softly as he approached Aly. His eyes were a deep brown, and the sunlit rays played on his tanned complexion. He was an overall good looking guy, who stood at around six foot, and had a slight but toned six pack. Beside him were his two dogs. Both were Border Collies. Both black, white and brown. He looked over to Aly, a short wave with his left hand, and he sat just a few feet away from her, one dog over his legs, the other beside him.

Aly looked up as she saw the guy wave to her. She smiled friendly and waved back. Her blond locks falling into her face as the wind pushed them around in all different directions. She definatly had no doubt that she was hot at all. She knew she was a very beautiful girl. She smirked as she looked up to the guy waiting to see if he would say anything to her. She was shy and didn't like to just out of the blue go up to someone and talk to them. She smiled and then looked to his two dogs. They were cute and looked really happy with him.

Jack looked up once more, their eyes meeting for a moment, befre he looked back to his dogs. He was silent for some time, before finally looking up again and speaking directly to the girl.

Hy, the names Jack. Yours?

It was simple enough, something to get tech conversation started, anyway. He let a cute smile creep across his features, leaning back onto his elbows in the mid day heat.

[Aly]

Aly looked up and she smiled when Jack spoke to her. That was a lovely name and it seemed to suit him perfectly. He was quite attractive and Aly loved his hair, it was gorgeous. She then finally got up the courage to tell him her name, "I am Aly, and I just moved here, no horses yet though." She was trying to start conversation but she wasn't very good at iot because she was extremely shy with new people but she loved to meet new people and get to know them. She was now 19 almost to be 20 years old. She still had no boyfriend or best friend really. Maybe she was just a loser to most people because she was so shy.

Jack smiled as she spoke, noticing once more how beautiful she was. Suddenly, he came back to earth, laughing slightly as he replied to her answer.

Ive got three. Sparrow, Robin and Raven.

The young male smiled, getting up, his dogs following. He moved over to face Aly, a seductive smile on his handsome face, a masculine ahnd pushing back his dark hair.

Aly was starting to have a little crush on this Jack character. He was really handsome and she was glad he had moved over to her. She wanted to get to know him more and maybe even more but that would be in the future. Her smile turned seductive and sexy as she looked to him and smiled. Her long blonde locks blowing in her face. She then smiled as he said this and she replyed, "So are ya single?" She was stright forward when she wished to know something about someone. She giggled a little bit at her openess. She was interested in him and you could clearly tell that.

Jack smiled as she spoke, leaning even more forward, only inches away from the beautiful girl. Sh spoke now, and he paused for a moment, before replying.

Yup. Single. If you want me to be..

A masculine laugh emitted from his vocals, and Jack lent back now, chuckling as His two dogs leapt up around the picnic table. Their fur flew with them as they rose, and Jack tried and failed to get them down. The largest, Charley, tried to push Jack off his seat, but he kept a firm grip, and shook his head playfully and Charley. Finally, having quietened them down, he turned back to Aly.

Sorry, they're a noisy bunch.

[Aly]

Aly smirked as the dogs did this and at what Jack had said. After that she leaned into him more. Her beautiful blue eyes were upon him and looked into his eyes. She was starting to want to be with Jack but she had known him for only a few hours. It didn't matter she just wanted to go out on a date with him and see how he was. She then looked to him and said, "Well do you want to go out somewhere tonight?" She then looked to the dogs and pet them all one by one. Then turning her attention to Jack again waiting for his response.

Jack smiled softly as Aly leaned inwards. He did the same, his deep brown eyes fixated on hers. Then she spoke, and he smiled warmly, before nodding slowly and replying. His voice was low and husky, streaked with slight surprise, but an overall sense of happiness.

I'd love to.

And that was all that needed to be said. They'd sort out arrangements, they'd go on a date. And if all went well, Jack wouldn't be nearly as lonely, and woudl be far happier. He honestly believed that Aly woudl make him happy. She was beautiful, witty, cute and she generally seemed to be a lovely person.
